The Living Path

Refund Policy

No refunds. No exceptions.
All sales final.

By purchasing any product, subscription, or service through The Living Path, you agree that the purchase is final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions — once a monthly charge has processed, that month is paid and non-refundable. You may cancel future monthly charges at any time through your account.
  • Commitment plans (3-month, 6-month, 12-month) — once a commitment has begun, all scheduled installments are owed regardless of subsequent use or non-use. Commitment plans cannot be cancelled mid-term.
  • Drop-in classes and class packs — non-refundable. Class packs not used within their one-month window expire with no credit, transfer, or refund.
  • Private sessions and session packs — non-refundable. Missed sessions, cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours notice, and unused sessions within a pack's expiration window are forfeit.
  • The Spiritual Direction Journey — non-refundable in whole or in part.
  • Any digital downloads, recordings, course materials, or written teachings — non-refundable.

There are no exceptions to this policy. This isn't a customer service stance — it's a structural feature of the practice. Contemplative work depends on the seriousness of the student's commitment, not on the option to withdraw if the work proves difficult or different from expected. If you require the option of a refund, please don't purchase. If you purchase, you have committed.

Structural compassion
The pause feature exists in place of refunds.
Monthly subscribers experiencing genuine hardship can self-activate a two-month half-price pause directly through their account, once per twelve-month period. This is the structural accommodation for difficult periods. It's automatic and doesn't require teacher approval. Use it. The pause is the answer.

No chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims through your bank or credit card issuer. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact Gian directly at [email] and allow fourteen days for a response before pursuing any external dispute. If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this agreement, your account will be terminated, you will be removed from all classes and sangat communications, and the disputed amount plus a $75 administrative fee will remain owed under the terms of your purchase agreement.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the practice for those who are sincerely committing. The Living Path is contemplative practice in a continuous lineage tradition, not consumer goods. We part with respect when students step away — but the resources allocated to your participation stay allocated.
