The Mountain

What rises is already here.

Akasha is space. The subtlest of the five elements. The room every other element appears in.

Yogi Amandeep Ji teaches that "the most subtle element in our physical reality is Akasha — but then there is something beyond the Akasha, and that is called Prakash." Prakash is the light beyond the senses. The light by which the sun is illuminated. The light by which your dream is illuminated when your eyes are closed. The crown chakra opens here, and the higher centers above it. Kundalini's whole journey has been arriving at this: the moment when the energy reaches Prakash and the seeker dissolves into what was already seeing.

Technology produces noise that fills the akasha. The space where stillness used to live is now packed with content. The Siri Singh Sahib Yogiji prophesied a time when human beings would lose their inner silence to the constant arrival of information. We are inside that prophecy now. The kriya empties the space. The mantra clears the channel. What rises is what was already here.

Essential teaching · Akasha
The climb is the summit.
what rises was never elsewhere. the summit and the climb, the same. here was the goal all along.
Roots
The teaching is understood through the poem.
The Udasin and Nirmala lineages of Yogi Amandeep Ji, in the broader river of Himalayan contemplative science, and the Kundalini Yoga as given in the West by the Siri Singh Sahib Yogiji. Two streams meeting here as one teaching, with the system of poetic emergence as the instrument by which the teaching becomes practice and then realization.
